There has been a lot of buzz around the major changes to the Disneyland Resort’s FASTPASS system. While you still use your admission ticket or Annual Pass to visit a FASTPASS kiosk to retrieve a “return time” ticket, you no longer use that ticket to gain admission to the FASTPASS line. The Disneyland Resort has announced the dates for this year’s Halloweentime celebration! From September 15th through October 31, 2017 guests can enjoy all of the frightfully delightful Halloween fun at Disneyland and new this year guests can venture across the esplanade to enjoy time at Disney California Adventure Park before the start of the party. One of the highlights of the Halloweentime celebration is Mickey’s Halloween Party. Mickey’s Halloween Party is a separate ticket event that takes place on select nights in September and October. After a nearly 18 month hiatus, the wait for the return of Disneyland’s nighttime spectacular ‘Fantasmic!’ is almost over! Beginning July 17th guests will again be able to line the Rivers of America and watch the battle of good vs. evil unfold via Mickey Mouse’s imaginative dreams. As this year marks the 25th anniversary of ‘Fantasmic!’ we suspect that there will be some surprises and changes to the show, making us all the more excited to see it! Fowler’s Harbor is one of my favorite spots inside Disneyland. Located just across the walkway from the Haunted Mansion along the Rivers of America, it is home to the Harbor Galley restaurant and dry dock for the Sailing Ship Columbia. Very exciting news was announced today by the Disney Parks Blog of the return of our beloved classic Rivers of America attractions! Since it’s closing last year to make way for the new Star Wars land coming in 2019, all of the attractions that took place on the river have not been in operation while the river was drained and rerouted.
