Tell your kiddos to get excited because Jake’s back for the third season tomorrow! 

The hit show is back The with new rival characters including pirate ghosts, mummies and robots, and incorporates special super powers and spectacular gadgets for Jake and his crew, including Jake’s Mega-Mecha Sword, a robot suit and an invisibility ring. 

This season will also include a newly revamped rock and roll-style theme song performed by Sharky and Bones of The Never Land Pirate Band. New episodes will air every Friday in January and February, when the season ends on February 28th, with a special extended episode featuring Jake versus Hook in the ultimate showdown. 

For all you “big kids” who like to watch Jake with your “little kids,” celebrity guest stars this season will include the voices of Jack McBrayer, Mark Hamill, Carl Reiner, Rico Rodriguez, Estelle Harris, and Jo Frost.  

You can tune into (or set your DVR for) the Disney Channel at 8:30 am or Disney Junior at 7:50 pm (ET/PT) on Friday, January 3, to catch the season premiere
