Disneyland Resort offers a mind-blowing selection of amazing merchandise – many pieces, unique and special! What I’d like to bring home is certainly more than what my wallet and suitcase can manage, so I try to pick and choose carefully what souvenirs I want to purchase to commemorate my visit. I usually do a pretty good job, but sometimes, I have regret. Not buyer’s remorse, the opposite, actually! The kicking-myself-I-should’ve-bought-that-remorse. You know what I mean?! There have also been times when I didn’t get something I wanted, but not for lack of trying – maybe I saw it at a particular store and couldn’t find it anywhere else, or I couldn’t remember where I saw it, or it was sold out (the moral here is probably, just buy it when you see it, anyways…). All of this to say – if this happens to you, there is a solution!
Disneyland Merchandise Guest Services is available at (877) 560-6477, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 5:00 pm, to help you find, buy, and receive an item from the parks that you [desperately] would like!
- They can ship the item to you (shipping charges apply).
- They can send the item to the Newsstand (just outside of the Main Gate at Disneyland) – this is particularly helpful if you are a local, or still around the parks, but not able to get inside (like on the last day of your vacation, before you drive or fly out).

I can personally attest to how wonderful this service is! A few years ago Disneyland had an excellent Mary Blair exhibit in The Disney Gallery, complete, of course, with some beautiful merchandise. I was pregnant with my daughter at the time, and looking for something special as her “first visit” souvenir, to decorate her nursery with. Well, we found a Mary Blair print that we fell in love with, but it was quite large and expensive, and we sadly walked away. However I couldn’t stop thinking about it, so I did some online research and found that there was a smaller, more affordable, but just as adorable, option – I just had overlooked it! I called Merchandise Guest Services and they were able to find the exact print and ship it to me quickly. I was so pleased with the whole experience – the Cast Member who took my call was so helpful and pleasant, and it was very reassuring to know that it wasn’t “too late” for me if I had left without a piece of merchandise that I truly wanted, I’m going to say it… it was very magical!
