Mmm, so many good recipes! I’d probably make the Potato-leek soup for dinner first with the Ratatouille stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer!

So hard to choose! Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits! I would make the coconut pineapple clusters.

The Banana Macarons
I want to make the banana, peanut butter, chocolate, and coconut truffles. I have all of the ingredients except for the coconut.
All the recipes look amazing but anything with pineapple, I need to make. Great prize too
