On May 26, 2017, Disney California Adventure not only launched the new Summer of Heroes, but also debuted the new “Disney Junior Dance Party!” which takes the place of the “Disney Junior – Live on Stage” show featuring puppets in Hollywood Land.
Disney Junior is best known as the #1 preschooler-dedicated television network on air. Taking inspiration from popular shows like “Sofia the First,” “Doc McStuffins,” “The Lion Guard” and “Mickey and the Roadster Racers,” this new dance party will get your little ones on their feet, provide some reprieve from the summer heat, and help get some of the kiddos’ extra energy out!

“Disney Junior Dance Party!” is a live concert featuring a DJ and a Party Host. Guest participation is highly encouraged, so guests of all ages can get up and move to their favorite Disney Junior songs. This high energy show also features bubbles, snow and confetti, which fills the room and adds an additional sensory element to the entertainment. To wrap up the show, the dance party ends with a massive conga line!
Showtimes are subject to change, but currently the shows are available at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 2:15pm, 3:15pm, and 4:15pm. The queue line remains the same as it did for “Disney Junior – Live on Stage” and we highly encourage that you get into the line early so as not to miss out on your preferred showtime!
