There are times when the big restroom facility at the entrance to Adventureland are really, really busy with long lines, and when you are visiting Disneyland with a toddler or preschooler, sometimes they just can’t wait! Those “in the know” know about two lesser-known restrooms in Adventureland that can be real lifesavers. The Tiki Room restrooms are located right off of the outdoor waiting area for the Tiki Room. To find these restrooms, simply go into the outdoor Tiki Room waiting area and look toward the entrance of the actual Tiki Room. From there look slightly to the left and you will...

Did you know that Disney has it’s own online music store? Similar to how iTunes functions, the site has a collection of today’s hit Disney music and timeless classics available for download. What make the site great is that it’s all Disney and parents can purchase special Disney Music gift cards at Wal-Mart and grocery retailers everywhere. The gift cards are fabulous gifts for birthdays, holidays or an excellent report card. Here’s what I like most about Disney Music Store. No explicit music or content! Unlike iTunes or Amazon for music, parents don’t have to worry about what kids...

Photo courtesy of Walt Disney Pictures Today as I was quickly changing the station away from a Lone Ranger commercial it dawned on me that my husband and I may have dug ourselves into some holes we can’t get out of. My kids believe in Disney…as in the fact that all of it is real. I’m not quite sure how it all started but once it did, we played along and fed into it. Changing your shoes about mid-day, or once they are starting to ache, can really pep up your feet (and you)! Start out wearing your most comfy sneakers, or what have you, and toss a pair of supportive sandals or flip flops into your backpack/stroller/locker to...
