Mickey’s Toontown is where Mickey and all of his friends live and holiday time is a great time to visit this part of Disneyland with its whimsical decorations that look like they were lifted right out of cartoon drawings with exaggerated shapes and lines and all of the color of a new box of crayons. If you will be heading to the Disneyland Resort for the holidays, Mickey’s Toontown is a great place for really fun photos with the kids.

This week, we were asked what our favorite holiday treat to eat at the Disneyland Resort is… My absolute favorite holiday dessert at the Disneyland Resort is the Yule Log cake. It’s an indulgent chocolate and cream swirl cake with a layer of ganache on the outside that looks like wood bark.
