The good news is that it is pretty easy to find out which attractions will be closed during your visit. (The instructions below are not for mobile. We recommend accessing this information from a desktop/laptop.
- Click here to go to the calendar section of the Disneyland website.
- Click the “day view” tab.
- Click on the calendar icon to the right of the date.
- Go to month and day you want to visit.
- Once on the day you wish to visit, scroll down to see the shows that will be offered the day of your visit and then further down the page to see the attractions, restaurants and stores that will be closed the day of your visit.
When viewing this schedule, it is important to take note of a few things:
- This schedule is subject to change without notice and you will want to check again just before your visit.
- This schedule does not take rainy or windy weather into consideration. Rainy and/or windy weather can result in the temporary or full-day closure of some outdoor attractions.
- This schedule does not take into consideration attractions that may temporarily close during the course of the day. Sometimes attractions do break down or need to be closed during the course of the day for a variety of reasons but are brought back on line as quickly as it is safely possible. Closures can be caused by a variety of things, including the need to retrieve an item a guest has lost while on the attraction, a guest doing something he or she shouldn’t while riding the attraction (i.e. standing up, being naughty, etc.), a guest becomes ill during an attraction, or a sensor is triggered that alerts Cast Members that the attraction may not be safe for guests, something has landed on the track, etc.
That being said, checking the refurbishment schedule before your visit, along with the park hours and entertainment schedule can go a long way in helping to prepare your family for a truly magical trip to the Disneyland Resort.
