In the meantime, I wanted to share these beautiful pictures I shot just before the Cone’s completion while at an advance preview media event. Enjoy!
I love that the imagineers went the “extra mile” in designing Cars Land. No detail was left out–including cracks in the road. Radiator Springs looks and feels like it’s always been in the middle of Anaheim, California!
Each cone at the Cozy Cone serves a different type of food. This sounds like a fun concept and a way to offer a lot of choices at one location, but might be kind of tough for moms like me who have three kids that want different snacks on a crowded summer day.
Imagineers figured out ways to integrate cones into as much of the Cozy Cone’s design as possible!
During our media tour, we were told that Mater and Lightning will drive through Radiator Springs and park in front of Sally’s office and that will be the home of their character meet and greet. Can’t wait for my boys to see it all on Thursday! I’ll be Tweeting and posting on Facebook and Foursquare (dlandmom) and Instagram (lisarobertson) as much as possible Wednesday, Thursday and Friday while I am at all of the exciting events! Keep up with all of my pics and reactions by following me!
