Yo Ho, Let’s Go! Jake and the Never Land Pirates DVD Review & GIVEAWAY!

The build up to the Jake and the Never Land Pirates DVD and music CD soundtrack has almost been unbearable for moms and dads with children who are obsessed with the new Disney Junior smash. I’ve gotten so many comments and emails from Never Land Pirate fans (moms) around the WORLD who have been anxiously awaiting the day they can “roll the map” and “talk like a pirate” to their own CD. And of course, I cannot forget all of you who have been dying to be able to take Jake and his buddies with you on the road, to Grandma’s, and the like with the DVD set.

I’m happy to tell you that you need not wait too much longer. The CD soundtrack is out NOW. Yes. I said NOW! My boys have it and we absolutely love being able to sing along to the songs.

What about the DVD? The DVD will be released next Tuesday, September 27. I already have my copy and I am happy to report that it doesn’t include just one episode…and not just two or three. The DVD set includes SEVEN episodes. Yep, SEVEN!!! Even though we have everyone episode recorded on our DVR, I swear that the edition to this DVD to our family means I may never see my two older boys ever again. Plus, the DVD also features Pirate Party music videos and more. The DVD also comes with a seven-song music CD and a pirate patch. I don’t know about you, but we go through pirate patches awfully quickly in my house and can always use an extra.
