The Tiki Room restrooms are located right off of the outdoor waiting area for the Tiki Room. To find these restrooms, simply go into the outdoor Tiki Room waiting area and look toward the entrance of the actual Tiki Room. From there look slightly to the left and you will see the entrances to the mens’ and women’s rooms. These restrooms are not fancy (see the exciting photo of
my kids striking a pose in the women’s room), but they are clean (like most Disneyland restrooms) and quiet (UNlike most Disneyland restrooms). If you have a child who needs a break from the noise and hustle and bustle of the park (has a sensory processing disorder, etc.), this small place can be a real lifesaver if you are on the west side of the park. It is very important to note that there is NOT a changing table in this tiny restroom. What you see in the picture with my boys is pretty much what you get.
Just beyond the Tiki Room in Aladdin’s Oasis (in between the exits of the Tiki Room and the Jungle Cruise) are companion restrooms that are ideal for families who need a larger restroom facility to assist a disabled family member. (Similar restroom facilities are also available at First Aid located off of Main Street near the Baby Center and Plaza Inn restaurant.)

Great tip, Lisa! I miss the restrooms that used to be inside Tour Guide Gardens!

The Tiki Room restrooms are there because the attraction was originally designed to be a dinner theater. They ended up ditching the dinner show concept, but the restrooms remain even after all these years.
If you ask the employee working at the Tiki Room, they will show you the cabinets built into the fountain in the center of the attraction. This was where they had originally planned to store all of the dishes and silverware for the dinner service. It isn’t the most exciting thing, but is another little known bit of Disney history still around after 50 years.
