Halloween Time has officially begun, and there’s lots of hauntingly fun merchandise available all around the Disneyland Resort, from apparel, to accessories, to pins and more!
The only thing I love more than visiting the parks with friends and family during the holidays is visiting the parks wearing themed shirts! The spooky “Scream Team” design featuring four familiar characters is available in a variety of t-shirt sizes, from youth to adult, and on a zip fleece jacket for those crisp fall nights. The design is colorfully whimsical and its glow-in-the-dark elements will delight the little ones. If you’re decidedly “Team Mickey” when it comes to bloodsucking heartthrobs, consider sporting the “Vampires Rock” tee featuring everyone’s favorite mouse as a vampire. To find these items and more Halloween-themed apparel, head on over to Disney Showcase, Emporium, Pieces of Eight, Pioneer Mercantile or Star Trader.
The new HARVEYS for Disney Couture Seatbeltbag collection themed to Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas recently debuted at Vault 28 in the Downtown Disney District. Jack and Sally’s flair has been added to these film-inspired totes by the team from HARVEYS. Jack’s striped suit and Sally’s patchwork dress bring many of HARVEYS most popular signature styles to life in this new collection.
New 2012 Halloween Screams and Mickey’s Halloween Party-themed pins also debuted in stores recently, including these ghoulish designs. They’d make the perfect souvenir from your Halloween Time visit or as an addition to a spooky all-fall pin lanyard. I’ve got my eye on the Limited Edition set of Mickey jack-o’-lantern pins!
Now through October 31 there are exciting transformation experiences being offered at Disneyland Park and in Downtown Disney District. In addition to the new World of Color hairstyle available at Studio Disney 365, there’s also a special “Fright Night” makeover for a limited time. For aspiring buccaneers, visit the Court of Angels in New Orleans Square to become a part of Jack’s crew! Pirate’s League transformation experience packages include First Mate, Jake and the Never Land Pirates, and the Empress. Reservations are available now by calling 714-781-STYLE. I have also heard that the Popcorn Mickey Ghost will be making its final appearance this time, so guests might want to snatch one up before they are gone.
