The Disneyland Resort has just announced the dates for Halloween Time 2017! This year guests will be able to enjoy all that Halloween Time has to offer from September 15th through October 31st. During this time there will be several amazing offerings including: Haunted Mansion Holiday (Nightmare Before Christmas themed), Space Mountain transformed into Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy, meet-and-greets with Disney villains, meet-and-greets with Mickey Mouse and friends wearing their Halloween costumes, a celebration in honor of the Mexican Holiday Dia de los Muertos, and the after-hours Mickey’s Halloween Party (a separate ticket event) and new this year Cars Land will get a special “Haul-O-Ween” makeover.
At Disney California Adventure Park:
New for 2017 Radiator Springs will transform into Radiator Screams. The citizens of Radiator Screams will be getting into the Halloween Time spirit by decorating their respective homes. Scary the Scarecar (think Snowy the Snowcar during the Christmas Holiday) will be stationed at the entrance to Route 66, giving guests a preview of the Haul-O- Ween transformation awaiting them. Fillmore’s will feature Jack-Oil Lanterns and Flo’s will have a web spun over it by a Spider-Car. Lightning McQueen, Mater, Cruz, DJ, and Red will be greeting guests dressed in their Halloween costumes.
The Cars Land rides will also be getting ‘gussied’ up for the season with Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree transforming into a spooky Graveyard JamBOOree and Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters becoming Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween.
At Disneyland Park:
Guests will once again be able to experience Halloween Time favorites such as the Haunted Mansion Holidays and Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy overlays. There will also be spooky decorations, yummy themed food, and of course merchandise to commemorate the season.
The Dia de los Muertos skeleton display will be in Frontierland through November 2nd.

Mickey’s Halloween Party features exclusive offerings such as the “Frightfully Fun Parade” and the “Halloween Screams” fireworks spectacular. The “Frightfully Fun Parade” is led by the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow followed by the Grim Grinning Ghosts of the Haunted Mansion, as well as some of Disney’s most popular villains including Cruella de Vil and the Evil Queen.
The “Halloween Screams” fireworks spectacular is led by the “Master of Scare-omonies” Jack Skellington and is by far and away our favorite show! The buildings along Main Street U.S.A. come to life with amazing Halloween Time themed projections and not to be forgotten is the awesome music piped throughout the parks. From The Nightmare Before Christmas’ “This is Halloween” to Cruella de Vil’s theme song and everything in between guests will find themselves singing and dancing the night away.
