It simply couldn’t be Christmas time at the Disneyland Resort without “it’s a small world” Holiday. Each year, “it’s a small world” gets an “overlay” of holiday decor making it the merriest cruise around the world and celebrates the customs of winter celebrations from around the world.
To bring “it’s a small world Holiday to life, decorators use 50,000 Christmas lights on the façade of the attraction and an additional 200,000 mini-lights in the trees, hedges and topiaries surrounding it.
To further enhance the attraction, pine tree and peppermint scents in the European scenes.
It takes 75 gallons of bubble juice to make bubbles throughout the season in the South Seas scene.
Unlike the rest of the year, “it’s a small world” Holiday features three songs–“Deck the Halls,” “Jingle Bells,” and “it’s a small world.”
“it’s a small world” Holiday delights guests throughout the season through January 8.
