Now through January 2, 2012, it’s easy to shop smarter at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. Simply purchase a food item at a quick service restaurant in the morning (a cup of coffee, etc.) and you’ll receive a coupon for 20% off merchandise to use at a participating merchandise location until 12:30p.m. If you get your coupon after 12:30p.m., you can save it for use on another morning before the promotion expires.
I know what you’re thinking: “I don’t want to carry all of my shopping around with me all day!”
The good news is that you can take all of your nonfood purchases to the News Stand at Disneyland’s main entrance and they will hold your items for you while you enjoy the park.
At the Disneyland Resort, guests can get the coupon by purchasing a food item at one of the following locations:

Discounts are not valid on the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, Disney ticket media, periodicals, postage stamps, digital and video cameras, personalization, DVDs, Disney Dollars or the Disney Gift Cards and cannot be combined with any other discounts (i.e. Cast Member or Annual Passholder discounts).
