On the evening of August 15 starting at 7:30p.m., three of your favorite Disneyland fan blogs–Babes In Disneyland, DAPs Magic and Inspired by Dis–will be hosting a meet-up at the Surfside Lounge at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel. We are looking forward to meeting up with our blog readers while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the lounge.

Here’s what you need to know:

What’s a meet-up? Simply put, a meet-up is just an excuse to get out of the house and meet up with folks who love Disneyland as much as you do. While we are “hosting” the event, attendees need to buy their own food and beverages.

Why now? We thought that given the fact that so many Disney fans will be congregating in Anaheim for the D23 Expo, that it would be a perfect time to get like-minded Disneyland lovers together to meet.

Where to park: We recommend parking in Downtown Disney or walking over if you are staying at one of the local hotels. You can also walk over from the Mickey and Friends parking structure, but it might be a bit of a haul.

What about the kids? Children are welcome, but I won’t have mine with me so that I can mingle and chat with friends–new and old. We parents need a night out every once in a while, so I hope you make August 15 an excuse to get out for some adult time.
