There are some things that can only happen at “The Happiest Place on Earth” and here are two that I just had to share from my media event last week.

The folks at Disney don’t just go halfway when they make introductions.  To introduce the new Disney resort, Aulani, in Hawii, they brought out singer Jason Castro to sing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”  Sorry the image isn’t fabulous; my regular camera died shortly before I shot this.  🙂

And to kick off Mickey’s Soundsational Parade, John Addis, senior show director for Disney Entertainment Productions, introduced us to not only a parade…but a flash mob.  So I must admit, I was a LITTLE bit excited about the flash mob.  I have joked (well…it was only sort of a joke…) that seeing a flash mob was on my bucket list.
