For today’s Monday Must Have, I am happy to share with you the Maxi-Cosi Mila stroller. I have been testing out this stroller for about a month and I am very impressed by it and all of its features. I have to tell you that I cannot say enough about how much I love this stroller. It offers a whole lot of convenience and comfort in a streamlined stroller that folds very, very compact.
What makes this product great?
The Mila is a stroller that has it all–comfort for the child and parent, a compact fold, ample sun shade, and so much more. The Mila stroller weighs about 16 pounds and offers the size and convenience of a lightweight stroller while offering the compact fold of an umbrella stroller. In fact, it folds down so compact, it is I just put it down at my kids feet in the car instead of in the cargo area in the back of my SUV. Plus, it is the easiest stroller I have ever assembled.
Why is the Maxi-Cosi Mila stroller great for trips to Disneyland?
- The Mila is very light weight and easy to use. Although it takes two hands to collapse, it folds down so incredibly compact that the two-handed fold is very easy to overlook. Once folded, this stroller is really easy to carry on to attractions like the Disneyland Railroad, Monorail, and the Omni-Bus.
- Unlike most strollers that are lightweight and compact, the Milla has a parent cup holder, ample storage basket, and comfortable, cushioned seat for the child.
- This stroller accommodates children of a variety of sizes. It accommodates children of all ages up to 50 pounds and fully reclines for a sleeping baby. Two of my boys, ages 14 months and 3 years have all traveled in the stroller comfortably. The stroller also comes with car seat adapters that can be used with Maxi-Cosi car seats.
- The stroller has comfortable, ergonomic handles that make the stroller very easy to maneuver. My husband is very tall and doesn’t feel like he has to bend over to push it like he does with other strollers.
Were there any drawbacks?
Honestly, there are no draw backs to this stroller. I love it! While the $230 price tag may be a turn off to some families, it is a really great option for parents who want something lightweight that the child can use for years.
