Wow, there are a lot of new products and other merchandise coming out in the month of July at the Disneyland Resort. If you are young, old, a pin-collector, or have a sweet-tooth, you are going to like what we have to share with you today!
Sofia the First Package |
Magical Make-Overs – The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland is introducing the new “Sofia the First Package” to their line-up of magical make-overs offered to boys and girls. The Sofia package includes a Sofia the First inspired hairstyle, tiara, nail polish, shimmering makeup, face gems, princess sash, and a princess tote bag (available for $64.95).
Unlock the Spell |
Unlock the Spell by Beautifully Disney – Following up their first makeup line, Wickedly Beautiful, Beautifully Disney has created Unlock the Spell, inspired by the spell-bound princesses Belle, Rapunzel, and Tiana. The collection includes three nail polishes, three lip glosses, a mini nail polish set, and an eye shadow palette, all in soft colors.
Exclusive Pins – There are several new pins this month! First up is the next in the “Piece of Disney History” monthly pin series – the Jungle Cruise Pin, which was released on 7/4. It features a piece of the khaki shirt worn by the explorers in the rhinoceros scene, and depicts Stitch in the position of those unfortunate explorers. Next we have the Disneyland Resort Hidden Mickey Mouse Pins 2013 Series A, to be released on 7/11; each mystery pouch contains two random Hidden Mickey pins. This only two of several new and exclusive pins and pin sets – go get ’em before they’re gone!
Artist Sketch of the Month – If you love the parks then you will love the Park Icon Collection available at the Disney Gallery on Main Street, U.S.A., which pays tribute to popular attractions and icons throughout the Resort.

S’mores Candy Apple |
Featured Treat – The featured treat for the month of July is a green apple that has been covered in a caramel, then dipped in milk chocolate, lined with graham crackers, topped with mini toasted marshmallows, and then (as if that wasn’t enough!) the whole apple is covered with more graham crackers. You can find this s’mores-esque treat at the Candy Palace and Hunny Spot in Disneyland, Trolley Treats in California Adventure, and Marceline’s Confectionary in Downtown Disney.
