Today, I reached back and in my photo files and pulled out pictures of the gingerbread cookies my boys and I made on Christmas Eve 2009 using the gingerbread cookie mix sold at Disneyland–with the Mickey gingerbread man cookie cutter, of course.  The cookies were incredibly easy to make and lots of fun to decorate and eat.
