Disney At Home: Making Pozole with Disneyland Chef Toby

Pozole is a traditional Latin American soup, and during Disney California Adventure Park’s ¡Viva Navidad! celebration, the Resort’s chefs came up with a mouth-watering, authentic Latin dishes that include this tasty, delicious soup made of ingredients like hominy, pork and spices. One of the chefs walked Babes In Disneyland contributor Courtney through the process of making (and garnishing) traditional pozole. This delicious soup, as well as all the other amazing dishes mentioned in this video, are available at Disney California Adventure Park through January 6, 2014. Season 3 Premier of “Jake and the Neverland Pirates” Tomorrow!
