On Wednesday, October 5, the Disneyland Resort brought some very special magic to CHOC Children’s Hospital in Orange, California, as part of the annual CHOC Minnie Walk. Minnie Mouse greeted more than 175 patients and their families with a hug and a photo on the hospital’s Disneyland Resort Family Lobby before they made their way through a special walk that was filled with fun and surprises thanks to the almost 30 walk sponsors in attendance. Disney has announced via the Disney Parks Blog that the Main Street Electrical Parade will be coming home to Disneyland Park early next year for a limited time engagement after it says “good bye” to Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom on October 9, 2016. Personally, I couldn’t be more excited by this announcement because I can’t get enough of the Baroque Hoedown and prefer the Main Street Electrical Parade over Paint the Night.
