This is normally the view I have when I drive by…every day…while running the kids to and fro all over town. But today, I was inside the gates for a very special treat that I can’t wait to tell you all about in a post on Monday. Do you know where I was today? Waiting to go through security and check in… Mickey has his own full service gas station and car wash… Where the magic happens! From the inside looking out… Even the parking structure is awesome. These two will give it away.

This epic true story is set against the backdrop of one of the wildest places on Earth, and captures the real-life love, humor and determination of the majestic kings of the savanna. Disneynature brings “The Lion King” to life on the big screen in the tradition of the True Life Adventure films Walt Disney produced back from 1948 to 1960. When I started Babes In Disneyland, it was actually a static website with the purpose of helping families plan trips to Disneyland. The site blossomed and then the blog was born. I have been living the Babes In Disneyland life for almost four years and in that time I have met so many people who have pushed me to be a better Disney resource for families. In light of today’s Disney Blog Hop theme of shining a spotlight on other bloggers and Disney news reporters that inspire, here are my favorites. That’s me, Suz, and Marcy (also known as...
I’ve written countless times about how much my son Brandon loves Peter Pan. He spends most of his time wearing his Peter Pan or newly acquired Captain Hook costumes, playing with Peter Pan and pirate toys, talking about Peter Pan, drawing pictures of Peter Pan, reciting lines from the movie…you get the drift. I think his love has gone into an obsession because now we are having problems with him related to Peter Pan. He has been refusing to go to preschool, day care, or his little tumbling class and I am 99% sure it is because he doesn’t...
This week, the Disney Blog Hop will be two parts. In the first part, you can just write a general welcome, as you normally do. In the second part, write about your blogging inspirations–the (Disney) bloggers who lift you up and make you want to write a better blog. I wrote a post on Sunday about my friend, A.J. over at Disney Food Blog. In my separate post on Thursday (which I will link to via my Disney Blog Hop post), I will talk about several of my blogging favorites/inspirations in the Disney realm. It won’t be as long...
