Life is great when you have someone to share it with–a friend, a significant other, a colleague. The shared experience can be a powerful one. I’ve had so many amazing Disney shared experiences with my children, my husband and dear friends–both old and new. My most powerful shared experience is that of being plaid: a Disneyland Tour Guide. I joined the Guest Relations department back in June of 1993. I knew during my “audition” at the Disneyland casting center months prior to that when I was initially offered a job in the parking lot that I wanted to hold...

Please stop by and read it. Now on to the hop! 1. Link up your...

in All Posts, disney video games and online, Walt Disney Studios
Tonight, my boys and I were treated to a special trick-or-treat tour of the Disney Studios. It was an honor to end our tour in the Legends Plaza among the hand impressions of so many Disney greats. Unlike at Disneyland, at the studio, you can touch the Partners Statue. Thank you Disney Interactive Studio for an amazing night! I will be posting more soon.

Over the last year or so, the hotel complex has been undergoing a major renovation and even as construction continues, here are the reasons I love staying at the Disneyland Hotel. 1. Spacious rooms The rooms at the Disneyland Hotel are much larger than those at the Grand Californian. In fact, the size of the rooms at the Disneyland Hotel rival those in the 4- and 5-star hotels outside the resort. My family of five comfortably fit in the room.2. Quiet A misconception...
“The Lion King” is back on home video, concurrent with its current run in theaters. On October 4, the film premiered in high-definition Blu-ray™ and Blu-ray 3D™. Having this DVD in our home marks the first time my boys have experienced the film and they are hooked. Watching the DVD took me back to the first time I saw the opening of this movie. Do your remember what it was like your first time. So powerful. I think Lion King’s opening is the best film opening EVER. My kids seem to agree; their mouths were agape and their eyes...
