(Almost) Wordless Wednesday: Why are Peter and Wendy sitting there?
in All Posts, main street, photography
While walking along Main Street recently, I excitedly pointed out Peter Pan and Wendy in an Emporium window to my son Brandon. I thought he would be thrilled to see his hero featured in the Emporium’s legendary displays. Instead, Brandon turned to me and said, “Mommy, they aren’t supposed to be siting at the window. Wendy sewed on Peter’s shadow on the bed.” Peter and Wendy on Main Street Wendy and Peter in the movie Brandon is a Peter Pan expert. It simply cannot be disputed. I really love that boy of mine.

November 9, 2011 in All Posts, disneyland, photography
Back when we were kids, mouse ears were basic–you had your red, your black. Your name was embroidered in gold threat…because that’s all there was. Today, there are mouse ears for virtually every personality and passion. Here are some of our family’s ears and those belonging to some of my readers. Baby C in his pumpkin mouse ears (backward of course). We recently received these unique mouse ears from Disney Junior. These are pretty much the craziest mouse ears I’ve ever seen! November 8, 2011 in All Posts, attendance trends, christmas, Disneyland Q and A, holidays, Tips & Tricks for Families
It’s almost holiday time at the Disneyland Resort. Along with the decorations, come special holiday entertainment, food, and more. Over the next couple of weeks, I will be answering readers’ questions about holiday time. The most common question I get about holiday time at Disneyland is: When is the best time to visit Disneyland during the holidays? This year, I received this question (or variations of this question) from Donna O., Erin L., and Nicole B. on the Babes In Disneyland Facebook page. Holiday time at the Disneyland Resort begins November 14. Although many decorations are already up at...
