This week we were asked what our favorite Disneyland attractions to see/ride/do with kiddos were…
“My favorite Disneyland attraction to experience with my little one is Dumbo the Flying Elephant, because it was the first attraction I ever rode at Disneyland Park! I vividly remember my 4-year-old self waving down to my dad at The Mad Hatter shop below and how excited I was to be flying high above the Mad Tea Party teacups and King Arthur Carousel The magic of that first flight has stayed with me all these years, and I love sharing it with my son, Mason. I hope that one day it’s a mainstay of his visits to Fantasyland, too.”
“My favorite Disneyland attraction to do with my kids (now aged 4 and 1) is to watch the fireworks! Even as babies, and now to big kids, they were/are always in total awe of the fireworks – I just love watching their faces and hearing their “oohs” and “ahhs” – it’s pure magic for them and me.”
“The ride I enjoy most with my family is Mad Tea Party. This is a ride that we can all agree on even if we don’t always agree on which tea cup to choose, which usually means we ride more than once. 🙂 I love seeing my kiddos laugh with glee while trying to spin as fast as they can.”
“My favorite Disneyland attraction to ride with my three young sons, ages 3, 5 and 8, would be a draw between Pirates of the Caribbean and “it’s a small world.” Both provide a much needed break away from the hustle and bustle and there are so many things for the boys to see all around them.”
“My all-time favorite DLR attraction to enjoy with little ones is the “A Christmas Fantasy” parade. It combines Disney characters, Christmas magic, Santa Clause and a bit of snow — all things that make little eyes light up. If you’re looking for a non-entertainment attraction, then I’d have to say the Animation Building at DCA. As a Cast Member, I loved taking kids here to show them the Toy Story zoetrope and Sorcerer’s Workshop, where imagination and wonderment take over as they gaze upon the process of animation. If you want something specific to Disneyland, then my favorite is Mickey’s House in Toontown. Most of my experience here are from when I was a Guest Relations Ambassador and got to take families through the house when the little ones wanted to meet Mickey. As we’d walk through, the kids would delight in Mickey’s household relics and seemingly animated decor. Then, the excitement would peak as we finally made it to the barn, where (to their surprise and delight) the kids could meet Mickey.”
“Peter Pan’s Flight is probably still my favorite ride for both young and older family members – it’s magical!”
Those are our favorites, now share yours! We’d love to hear what you have to say and share it with our readers.

How can anyone pick one? I have to mention the railroad. Great scenery, people watching, the Grand Canyon, and the dinosaurs! This is a great way to relax too and cold drinks are allowed on. 🙂

Peter Pan’s flight! Even though the wait can sometimes be brutal, I love flying off to Neverland.
