I know there are those of you out there that underestimate the power of Disneyland – I’m about as fanatic as it gets, and even I’ve done it! You decide how many days you are going to visit the Parks, purchase the tickets and tell yourself that “that will be enough”… right? And then you quickly come to realize that it will not be enough – you need more Disney!

Well, this tip is for you: Disney allows you to use the value of a purchased park ticket towards an upgraded ticket later on, instead of making you purchase a whole new one! So if you’ve bought a single day ticket, but decide to extend the magic and stay another day – you can – for just the cost of the difference between a one and two day park ticket (make sure you have your current ticket with you as proof). Simply go to City Hall in Disneyland or the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure before ending your visit and let them know you would like to upgrade to a multi-day ticket… or even an annual pass and they will be happy to assist you!
